A day in your role will involve any of the following (or a combination):
- Work within a time -sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of Syook’s deployment plans for all direct deployments, problem resolutions and customer support Pan India. Support cross -functional teams in their day to day operations. E.g.: Support R&D; teams with locating & testing recent hardware prototypes. Manage end to end supply chain of product (including material and inventory management).
- Give impactful demos and presentations of our platforms to internal and external stakeholders. Position and defend our products and solutions with the technical decision makers.
- Assist the team in creating of RFP and solution documents
- Conduct Daily Operational standups, Client management to improve customer experience and customer retention, manage timely data collection (when required) to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors etc.
- Take complete ownership of live deployments at client premises including site surveys,
configuration & installation of hardware, training & hand -holding of end users, post -deployment operational & technical support & enhance overall customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Competitor analysis – create technical comparisons with competing products and technologies
- Understand the market requirements and help the sales to drive the technical strategy and provide inputs to R&D; for product roadmap and improvements
