Key Responsibilities

- Explain course structure, outcomes, placements, and industry relevance
- Build strong learner trust through consultative conversations
- Drive enrollments through strategic follow-ups and counselling
- Manage the end-to-end learner journey from inquiry to onboarding
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Ideal Candidate
- 3–6 years of experience in EdTech, admissions, counselling, or B2C sales
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with targets and performance metrics
- Passion for education and learner success
- Ability to simplify complex career paths for student
- Comfortable working 6 days a week in a fast-paced environment
