Description
The candidate will need to perform:
- Use of Tools to update schedules, reconcile booking requests, update absence, terminations and create placeholders for current employees
- Manage Demand pipeine and Supply from various internal/external channels for fulfilment.
- Ability to support resource management queries through skill searches on the tool & stakeholder connect
- Strong understanding of key metrics within Resource management
- Analysis of forecast, bench, Utilization and suggest corrective measures to the team
- Handling KDN related reporting and co-ordination with various stakeholders
- Setting up templates and reporting in Servicenow platform
- SME on tools and reports to be able to address any queries from team and delivery
- Address any RM related query from business and onsite.
- Co-ordinate across DC RM teams to ensure any availability to fulfill any demands.
Responsibilities
The candidate will also be responsible for:
- Supporting client service delivery by consistently meeting quality guidelines within the established turnaround times and ad-hoc requests
- Variance analysis and methods to keep variance in check
- Bench Management
- Conducting periodic trainings; preparing/reviewing/updating the knowledge base/training material/ Process documents
- Ability to understand current process and suggest & lead process improvement
Qualifications
Mandatory Skills
- Total Experience: 8+ years of experience in resource management
- Sound Resource Management knowledge
- Good understanding of technology and skills to be able to discuss on same page as delivery team.
- High level of proficiency in MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Ability to understand and identify key issues from both summary and detailed data.
- The candidate is expected to have strong verbal and written communication skills
