Overview of Job Function:

The [Deputy] General Counsel – Global Contracts position reports directly to Verint’s Chief Legal Officer and is a member of the Legal Department Leadership Team. The position is responsible for managing Verint’s partner contracting processes on a global basis, as well as other areas of contract specialization (e.g., terms and conditions relating to data privacy, security, artificial intelligence) managed centrally on a global basis.



These areas each support Verint’s global sales organization and sales contracting processes.

The position initially will be responsible for establishing, and then directly managing a legal team in Verint’s Bangalore, India office. The team consists of transactional attorneys, paralegals, and administrative positions, with full integration into the Verint Legal Department. Certain positions will functionally report to the Deputy General Counsel – Global Contracts, while other positions will functionally report to other areas of the Verint Legal Department, supporting other business teams, objectives and initiatives.
