Job Summary:

Milliman is undertaking a major business transformation program to replace and modernize our HRIS, Finance, Legal, and Professional Services Automation systems. As part of the Data Enablement Team, we are seeking a skilled MDM Engineer to play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, quality, and seamless migration of data throughout this transformation. This role will collaborate closely with business and technical teams,



supporting data mapping, migration, validation, and integration activities to enable a smooth transition to new enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of comprehensive MDM solutions across the organization
- Demonstrate extensive experience with multiple MDM implementations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reference data sources and develop strategies for managing reference and master data effectively.
- Implement data integration pipelines leveraging modern data engineering tools and practices.
- Develop, automate, and maintain data workflows.
- Build and optimize data processing solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Boomi, Snaplogic, Workato and related technologies.
