About The Role
We are seeking a driven Business Analyst to join our Data & Analytics function. You will help unlock insights from our transaction, marketing, traffic, and operational data to guide strategic and tactical decisions across the business. As a key team member,
you will partner closely with stakeholders in marketing, operations, finance, and tech to turn data into business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Backend Development & Integrations
- Design and build backend services and APIs that power internal business tools — from finance and billing applications to operational dashboards and AI workflow interfaces
- Build and maintain data ingestion integrations from ERP systems (batch file processing), REST and SOAP APIs, CRM platforms, and e-commerce marketplaces
- Develop batch processing workflows and event-driven pipelines in collaboration with the Data Engineering team
- Build the application layer connecting AI agents to data sources, triggers, and output destinations for automated workflow products
- Ensure all backend services are secure, well-tested, and documented to a standard the team can maintain
