JD: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Lead Salesforce QA Engineer to lead quality assurance efforts for our Salesforce platform. This role demands expertise in testing Salesforce applications, configurations, and integrations to ensure exceptional quality standards. The ideal
candidate will have a robust background in Salesforce testing, automation frameworks, and cross- functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: Test Strategy and Planning:
- Design and implement comprehensive QA strategies tailored to Salesforce ecosystems, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom solutions.
- Develop detailed test plans, cases, and scripts based on business and functional requirements. Testing Execution:




- Conduct manual and automated testing for Salesforce customizations, Lightning components, integrations, and third-party applications.
- Execute functional, regression, smoke, system, and integration tests. Automation Development:
- Build and maintain automated test suites using tools like Selenium, Provar, or other Salesforce- compatible automation tools.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with the development team. Defect Management:
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Work closely with developers to resolve issues and ensure product quality. Collaboration and Leadership:
- Mentor junior QA team members, sharing best practices for Salesforce testing.
- Act as a QA representative in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Quality Metrics and Reporting:
- Define and monitor QA metric
