Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct teacher training and product orientation sessions.
- Support schools in the effective use of digital learning solutions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with school management and stakeholders.
- Monitor product usage and recommend academic interventions.
- Resolve academic and content-related queries raised by teachers.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned schools.
- Manage and guide school coordinators to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely reporting.
