Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, ensure timely follow-ups, maintain customer records, and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will coordinate with sales, operations, and service teams to deliver an excellent customer experience while supporting business growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and service requests.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and post-sales support.
- Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal departments.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Customer Support & Coordination
- Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, Accounts, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.




- Track customer orders and provide regular status updates.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-ups with customers as required.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Update customer interactions, follow-up activities, and sales progress.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports and MIS.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.

Business Development Support
- Support the sales team in lead management and customer engagement.
- Follow up on pending quotations and proposals.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback.
