Core Roles and Responsibilities (Administrator & Configurator)
- User Management & Security: Managing user licenses, profiles, permission sets, and roles to ensure secure access control.
- System Configuration & Customization: Developing custom apps, objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and custom settings to align with business processes.
- Design page layouts, Lightning record pages, and compact layouts to improve user experience and productivity.
- Install and configure third-party applications from the Salesforce AppExchange.
- Automation & Workflow: Using declarative tools like Flow Builder,



validation rules, and approval processes to reduce manual tasks.
- Data Management: Importing, exporting, cleaning, and updating data to maintain high integrity. Perform regular data cleansing, deduplication, and bulk imports/exports using tools like Data Loader.
- Reports & Dashboards: Creating actionable analytics and visual tools for team performance monitoring. Create custom reports and interactive dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive data-informed decisions
- Support & Training: Serving as the technical point of contact to troubleshoot user issues, manage support tickets, and provide training on recent features.
- System Optimization & Maintenance: Evaluating new Salesforce releases, managing AppExchange apps, and maintaining data storage.
