Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR solutions.
- Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules based on business needs.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional documentation.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), and configuration workbooks.
- Support end-to-end implementation activities, including configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
- Configure organizational structures, legal employers, business units, departments, positions, jobs, grades, and workforce structures.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, data migration, and security requirements.
- Perform functional testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide functional guidance to business users and support change management activities.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle implementation best practices and project governance.

Required Skills




- 5–9 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional consulting.
- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Solid knowledge of workforce structures, legal entities, business units, jobs, positions, grades, and organizational hierarchies.
- Experience working with business stakeholders in client-facing consulting environments.
- Good understanding of Oracle HCM security, approvals, and business processes.
- Knowledge of integrations, HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, or OTBI is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Absence Management, Talent Management, Payroll, Recruiting, or Compensation.
- Exposure to Orac
