Cuemathâs mission is to reveal this beauty of mathematics to young school students thus helping them develop a holistic understanding of mathematics and mathematical thinking.

Job Description

Supervising, guiding and motivating,



team members and help colleagues work together and ensure theyâre delivering good experience to the clients/ partners .Ensuring the team is happy so the business can run smoothly, organise and delegate their workload as well as monitor them to make sure itâs done correctly.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure all product & partner updates are communicated to the team and quality of pitch to partners is regularly monitored.

· Responsible for achieving daily and monthly targets for the team

· Managing attendance and leaves of the team to ensure maximum manpower utilization.

· Continuously give inputs to the team members of their progress reports, leave records, areas where they are lacking, etc.

· Conduct daily briefings for the team members before the shift begins.

· Maintaining various reports related to daily performance and another metrics

· Assist in hiring & developing team members through training and regular performance reviews.
