Roles & Responsibilities -
- Train and coach new joiners on Physician Billing process.
- Monitor team productivity and quality as per defined targets.
- Provide regular feedback and conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure adherence to client guidelines
- Track and maintain performance reports (Productivity & Quality).
- Support Team Leads in trainee confirmation based on performance.
- Ensure Internal & External SLA compliance.
- Follow company policies and maintain process discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile -
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Physician Billing (QA experience On Papers Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Physician Billing, Denial Management, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Experience in training, coaching, or handling team performance.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle performance improvement and escalations.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Willing to work in Night Shift (Chennai Location).
