Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result -oriented L&D; Manager to drive the organization's learning and capability -building initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying development needs, designing impactful learning interventions, and executing training programs that enhance employee performance and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with business leaders and HR stakeholders.
Design, develop, and implement learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Manage end -to -end execution of training programs, including onboarding, behavioral, functional, and leadership development initiatives.
Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and external training vendors for program delivery.
Develop training calendars, learning content, facilitator guides, and participant materials.
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and post -training evaluations.
Track learning metrics and prepare reports to measure program impact and ROI.




Drive employee engagement through continuous learning initiatives and development opportunities.
Support succession planning and talent development programs across the organization.
Ensure effective utilization and management of Learning Management Systems (LMS), where applicable.
Stay updated with emerging learning trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the employee learning experience

Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant specialization is preferred.
2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related HR functions.
