Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to identify potential clients for US Staffing services.
- Acquire new clients by understanding their hiring requirements, negotiating rates, contracts, and service agreements, and ensuring timely delivery of recruitment services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by handling their communication, resolving queries, and delivering exceptional service.
- Negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSA), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), and other client agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Work collaboratively with recruitment teams to ensure efficient service delivery, coordinate activities, and achieve business objectives.
- Achieve business development and revenue targets by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, expanding client base, and exploring new business opportunities.
- Responsible for identifying market trends, competitor analysis,



and staying up-to-date with industry developments to inform business strategies.
- Utilize data analytics and market research to inform sales strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and business development activities to inform future strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in US Staffing Business Development, with a strong track record of achieving business targets and expanding client bases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build solid relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of staffing/recruitment processes, agreements, and compliance requirements.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management skill
