Job Description:

Position: Asst. Manager - Production(Moulding)

Location: Vapi

Experience: 7 - 8 Years

Industries: Automobile

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reducing rejection level below from the limit set by management.
- Responsible for Mold and machine preventive maintenance.
- Responsible to create team with effective training to develop skill levels.
- Responsible for Moulding shop Production planning to meet customer needs.
- Responsible to maintain 5S of moulding shop.
- Responsible to maintain all relevant documentation related to customer audit and IATF 16949 QM.
- Responsible for make and follow standard work procedure, control plan and PPS and process optimization defined for each product and action plan for deviation.
- Responsible for tool trial and maintain record of different levels of trial.
- Responsible for effective utilisation of team leader, engg. and Sr. engg.
- Responsible to produce ok quality of moulded part.
- Maintain record of Mold, machine, material,



man abnormality and pass information to superior.
- Responsible to maintain production data of moulding shop .
- Responsible for raw material reconciliation, should be answerable if any variation in raw material.
- Responsible for continual improvement with respect to the parameter P,Q,C,D,S,M,E.
- Responsible for reduce losses related to moulding shop.
- Responsible for achieving plan vs actual manufacturing target.
- Responsible for providing action plan for customer complain.

Required Skills:
- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.

Required Qualification:- Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 8.00 LPA
