Job Title: Workday Studio Functional Consultant
Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand integration and reporting requirements.
- Design and support Workday integration solutions using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday Web Services.
- Gather and document functional requirements and prepare solution design documents.
- Analyze business processes and recommend best practices for Workday HCM and related modules.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of integrations.
- Support testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance activities.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and perform impact assessments for system changes.
- Participate in Workday implementation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives.

Required Skills




- 5+ years of experience in Workday Functional Consulting and Integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM business processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design.
- Knowledge of Workday reporting, security, and data management concepts.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working on global Workday implementation projects.
- Exposure to additional Workday modules such as Payroll, Perks, Time Tracking, or Talent.
- Workday certification is an added advantage.
