Accountabilities:

The Engineering Manager, Cell Infrastructure will lead the strategy, development,



and operation of foundational infrastructure systems. This role requires a balance of technical vision, people leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to build scalable solutions for complex cloud environments.
- Lead the design and delivery of multi-cloud cell placement and orchestration systems supporting a cell-based infrastructure architecture.
- Build, mentor, and grow engineering teams responsible for architecture, implementation, and production operations.
- Define technical strategies for infrastructure scalability, portability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Drive infrastructure cost visibility and optimization by partnering with finance and engineering teams.
- Own reliability practices, including operational excellence, incident management, on-call processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
