Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pega Developer (CSSA Certified) to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level Business Process Management (BPM) applications using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in Pega Case Management, workflow automation, integrations, and application development while adhering to Pega best practices and guardrails. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality enterprise solutions in an Agile environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Pega Application Development
• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level Pega BPM applications.




• Build and configure:
o Case Types
o Flows
o User Interface (UI) Sections
o Data Models
o Business Rules
o Integrations
• Ensure compliance with Pega Guardrails and development best practices.
Case Management & Workflow Design
• Design end-to-end business workflows using Pega Case Management.
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and rule sets.
• Configure business rules, decision tables, validations, and routing logic.
Integration & APIs
• Develop and consume REST and SOAP web services.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using:
o REST/SOAP APIs
o Connectors and Services
o File Processing
• Ensure secure and reliable data exchange across enterprise systems.
Performance Optimization
• Analyze application performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Optimize application scalability and performance.
• Follow enterprise architecture standards and coding guideline
