Job Summary:
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with at least 2 years of experience to join our entity. The role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, global finance processes, and compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end accounting, supporting global stakeholders, driving process standardization, and contributing to continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and support monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure activities.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of variances
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations
- Handle direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and corporate tax filings
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including variance analysis and reporting
- Work closely with global stakeholders to ensure alignment with finance policies and timelines
- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal/external audits
- Leverage Zoho Books for accounting operations, reporting, and process optimization
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial reporting (Ind AS exposure is a plus)
- Hands-on experience in taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
- Proficiency in Zoho OR ERP or any other finance tool.
- Experience in managing reconciliations and book closure activities
- Exposure to the IT Industry
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement mindset
- Ability to work with cross-border teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- High attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
