This Position will report to: Country Sales Head / Head of Regional Sales

Responsibilities
- Driving sales of HT Motors and MV Drives across the Pune WR2 region, achieving defined order intake and assigned targets.
- Identify, develop, and grow recent business opportunities with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and end-users.
- Generate inquiries (through market exploration, customer visits, networking), submit offers while ensuring full compliance with customer specifications, and engage in technical discussions and commercial negotiations with customers.
- Coordinate with the execution/project management team post-order to ensure smooth execution, documentation, dispatch planning, and compliance with customer requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and upcoming project opportunities to support strategic planning and enhance market positioning.
