- Production Management: Oversee daily manufacturing, schedule adherence, quality standards, and cost-effectiveness.
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate production staff (operators, supervisors).
- Quality Control: Implement checks for adhesion quality, consistency, and compliance with specs (e.g., testing adhesion on machines).
- Process & Inventory: Optimize material usage (adhesives, inks, solvents), manage stock, and ensure raw material availability.
