About the role:

The Project Lead will drive delivery of strategic initiatives within the CFS Business Management Projects Team, including transformation programs, governance frameworks, and operational improvement initiatives. The role partners with global stakeholders to ensure effective execution, reporting, and alignment to business priorities across regions

Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of business management and transformation projects across global locations
- Drive governance, reporting, and executive dashboards for portfolio visibility
- Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely escalations
- Partner with senior stakeholders across operations, finance,



and leadership teams
- Support resource planning, capacity tracking, and demand-supply alignment
- Standardize project management methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare executive-level presentations, status reports, and decision-making materials
- Manage change initiatives impacting processes, systems, and teams
- Lead and mentor junior project resources where applicable
- Manage pipeline and Capacity for transition reporting including escalations and issues/risk management for near shore or offshore global delivery location.
- Plan and manage due diligence or assessment study to identify scope of work.
- Identify resource and infrastructural requirements and resource capacity for specific delivery locations to support seamless capacity management.
