Are you an experienced Solution Architect with expertise in Life & Health Insurance Claims and enterprise platform implementations? Join us to lead global customer implementations and drive end-to-end solution architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Own end-to-end solution architecture for Life & Health Claims Platform implementations.
✔ Lead customer engagements from discovery, solution design, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
✔ Drive enterprise integrations with Policy Administration, CRM, DMS, Payment, Provider, and other insurer systems.
✔ Partner with business, IT, product, delivery teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
✔ Design scalable API and integration solutions while ensuring performance, reliability, and data integrity.
✔ Guide customers on product-first implementation and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
✅ 10–12 years of IT experience with 2–4+ years in Life & Health Claims Platforms.
✅ Robust experience leading international, on-site insurance platform implementations.
✅ Deep understanding of Life & Health Claims processes, including pre-authorisation, reimbursement, cashless claims, adjudication, provider workflows, and claims settlement.
✅ Hands-on experience in enterprise integrations and production go-lives.
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
