We are seeking an Implementation Engineer to help enterprise customers successfully adopt and optimize a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) platform.
This role combines technical expertise, customer collaboration, and solution design to deliver seamless implementations from discovery through go-live.
You will work closely with customers to understand their workflows, configure solutions, build integrations, and create scalable technical assets.
The position requires a strong balance of engineering skills, project ownership, and communication abilities across technical and business teams.
You will play a key role in improving customer outcomes while contributing feedback and enhancements to product development.

Accountabilities:




- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements discovery and technical planning through configuration, integrations, testing, and customer handoff.
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand their vendor risk management processes, data sources, workflows, and business objectives.
- Conduct discovery sessions and translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation strategies.
- Configure TPRM workflows, including vendor assessments, risk scoring models, approval processes, notification rules, and reporting structures.
- Build and maintain REST API integrations with customer systems such as procurement platforms, GRC solutions, identity providers, and internal data sources.
- Develop scripts, automation tools, and lightweight solutions to support data migration, bulk imports, and ongoing data synchronization.
