Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 6+ years
- Hands-on experience in Workday HCM integration development, implementation, and production support.
- Strong expertise in Workday integration technologies, including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, Payroll Effective Change Interface (PECI), Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
- Experience with inbound/outbound integrations, user template uploads, and mass data uploads.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Business Process configuration and support.
- Functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM,



Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Employee Management, and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Experience developing and supporting Workday Reports and BIRT reports.
- Exposure to Workday Extend and Adaptive Planning is preferred.
- Experience managing onboarding content, questionnaires, and other Workday configuration artifacts.
- Strong understanding of Workday security roles, domains, and security profiles.
- Experience providing functional and integration production support in a ticket-driven environment.
- Valuable understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and cross-functional IT teams.
