About the role

The MEA region requires a highly tax technical and experienced individual to lead the design, implementation,



ongoing management and continuous development of the MEA corporate tax strategy. The MEA Tax Manager will lead the delivery of the effective tax rate across the region, alongside ensuring governance and compliance in the region with the group’s external tax obligations.
The role requires analysis and management of complex multidimensional issues utilizing financial and economic analysis and intellectual debate involving discussions with and management of external advisors to optimize the tax profile of the MEA region.

Key responsibilities
- You will be responsible for implementing Haleon’s Group Tax Strategy and identifying and driving people/process improvements required to enable the successful implementation of Haleon’s Tax Strategy.
- Ensure Haleon operates in a manner which is consistent with both the Group Tax Strategy and local fiscal requirements.
- Ensure interactions with external stakeholders are handled in a manner consistent with the group’s Global Tax Str
