Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (US Non-IT Staffing) with a proven track record of acquiring direct clients in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in US Non-IT staffing, business development, client acquisition, sales, and account management. Experience working with direct clients is mandatory. Candidates with experience limited to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, or MSP/VMS-only business will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire current direct clients for US Non-IT staffing services through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with direct hiring managers and decision-makers.
Drive business growth by identifying and converting new staffing opportunities within the US Non-IT recruitment market.




Manage the complete business development lifecycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation, onboarding, and account management.
Generate consistent revenue by achieving placement and sales targets.
Forecast sales activities, pipeline, and revenue opportunities.
Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified Non-IT candidates.
Conduct client presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close staffing agreements.
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts.
Stay updated on US Non-IT hiring trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
Provide strategic leadership to support business growth initiatives.
