We're Hiring: US IT Recruiter Location: Noida, India (Work From Office)
Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)
Are you passionate about connecting top talent with exciting opportunities? We're looking for a dynamic US IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Noida.
What You'll Do:
Source, screen,
and engage IT professionals for US-based clients
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
Leverage job portals, social media, and networking platforms to build a solid talent pipeline
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and client expectations
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
What We're Looking For:
1–4 years of experience in US IT recruitment
Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to source and close candidates within tight timelines
Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones
