1. Infrastructure & Network Operations

* Server Management: Administer on-premises Windows 2022 Servers, Hyper-V
virtualization environments, and hardware health via ILO.
* Network Security: Manage Sophos Firewalls (HA Clusters), configure Web
Filter policies, and maintain Site-to-Site VPNs.
* Core Networking: Maintain Layer 2/3 switches, VLAN segmentation, ACLs, and
physical cabling (Ethernet/Fiber).
* Connectivity: Monitor ISP performance, WiFi Infrastructure Oversight, and
manage network performance Optimization.
