Overview of the Senior Manager, Software Engineering:
We are seeking a highly experienced Hands‑On Technical Manager to lead our engineering team both technically and organizationally. This role requires deep, hands‑on expertise across the full technology stack, combined with solid people leadership, delivery ownership, and technical strategy.
You will remain actively involved in system design, critical code paths,



architectural decisions, and complex problem‑solving while also managing, mentoring, and growing a team of engineers and Tech Leads. You will serve as a key bridge between Engineering, Product, Design, and Leadership, ensuring scalable, secure, and high‑quality solutions are delivered consistently to production.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior Manager, Software Engineering:
Technical Leadership (Hands On)
- Define and own system architecture and technical strategy across projects and platforms.
- Design, architect, and review complex full stack solutions using TypeScript (Angular), .NET, Node.js, and REST based microservices.
- Remain hands on by contributing to critical code paths, proofs of concept, architectural spikes, and complex refactoring efforts.
