Job Summary

The Salesforce Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and onboarding workflows. This role partners with product, business, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and compliant solutions that enable customer acquisition, servicing, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Configuration
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud,



Service Cloud, CPQ, etc.)
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and test classes
- Build Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Visualforce pages as needed
- Configure declarative solutions using Flow, Process Builder (as applicable), and validation rules
- Create and maintain custom objects, data models, and automation workflows

Integration & API Development
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Support event-driven and batch integration patterns across distributed systems
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems

Solution Design & Collaboration
- Partner with product owners and business teams to gather and refine requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
- Contribute to reusable component design and platform standardization
