Preparation and Standardization of volumetric solutions, updating and control of reference standards Record and Preparation of working standards & Record.
Responsible for Analytical method development for FP and Cleaning samples and validation of finish product
Responsible for Stability study data & Summary Report With stability study Programming & analysis of product.
Candidate should FDA certified
Calibration Of instruments & record.
Analysis of packaging materials.
Reviewing of Analytical reports and records of RM, PM, Inprocess, Cleaning sample, finished products.
Handling of Deviations, OOS, OOT & Change control related to QC.
Preparation of marketing samples.
Monitoring and preparation of documents related to dispatch.
Preparation of SOP, STP’s and Specifications.
Customer and Certification Body Audit Handlings.
Instrument Handling Experience:
HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV Spectrophotometer, Karl fisher, pH meter.
