CGI is seeking an experienced Senior Python Engineer with 5+ years of experience in backend application development, cloud technologies, and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, AWS,



data processing, and Large Language Models (LLMs), with proven experience building scalable, secure, and production-grade applications.

The successful candidate will work on enterprise AI initiatives, designing intelligent applications, integrating modern AI frameworks, and developing cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications following object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and software engineering best practices.
Develop and optimize high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
Design robust backend services with a focus on scalability, security, and maintainability.
Develop productive data processing pipelines using Python data structures and algorithms.
Perform data analysis and transformation using Pandas, NumPy, and DataFrames.
