Key Responsibilities:
- Contract & Dispute Management: Handle logistics contract-related matters, Invoice processing, including amendments, invoicing discrepancies, and dispute resolution.
- Case Management:



Manage customer issues such as delays, discrepancies, or logistics-related queries, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction
- KPI Metrics: Manage customer and Maersk internal KPI’s including analysis and proactive measures.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably within the shipping and logistics industry.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and self-motivated, capable of performing root cause analysis to resolve logistics issues independently, such as shipment delays or route optimization challenges.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to evaluate logistics performance metrics, optimize routes, and reduce lead times.
- Resilience Under Pressure: Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle logistics challenges, such as disruptions or high-priority shipments, with a high sense of urgency.
