Reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategic Sourcing in Building Automation, this position is responsible for the development and execution sourcing strategy for global NPI (Current Product Introduction) to shape Honey Well Technology’s future. The candidate will utilize total cost of ownership models to manage suppliers and leverage Honeywell’s spend across SBG’s. In addition, this role will partner with Engineering, Project PM’s,



SBG stakeholders to drive best in class performance to ensure supply chain resiliency through category transformation and work to increase contribution to Productivity, Cash flow, Supplier Performance. This position will manage global CapEx for SAS as well.

Responsibilities
- Develop category strategies leveraging best-in-class suppliers, processes, and products to enable a competitive advantage.
- Partner with COE, Regional Sourcing and stakeholders to ensure alignment, support and execution.
- Lead the NPI procurement of SAS through phase gates; partner with NPI teams to deliver projects on time and on/under budget.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with suppliers; lead supplier business reviews using KPI’s viz. (Quality, Cost, Delivery, NPI, Innovation etc.)
- Execute the annual operating plan through year-over-year improvements in productivity, working capital, quality, delivery and supply resiliency.
- Drive supplier rationalization to preferred PSL / best-in-class suppliers; Consolidate fragmented global
