Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced DSA + Java Trainer to mentor and train students at Chitkara University. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and Core Java, along with experience in modern web development technologies. You will be responsible for delivering engaging technical sessions, mentoring students on projects, conducting coding assessments, and preparing learners for technical interviews and placements.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on training on Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and Core Java.

Teach programming fundamentals, object-oriented programming (OOP), and problem-solving techniques.

Cover DSA concepts including Arrays, Strings, Linked Lists, Stacks, Queues, Trees, Graphs, Hashing, Searching, Sorting, Recursion, and Dynamic Programming.

Train students on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

Conduct coding assessments, mock interviews, and doubt-clearing sessions.

Mentor students on capstone projects and real-world application development.

Review assignments and provide timely, constructive feedback.

Prepare students for placements through coding challenges and interview practice.

Track student performance and maintain training reports.
