We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a backend engineering team focused on building advanced software supply chain security solutions.

You will partner closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver security capabilities for organizations with complex compliance requirements.

Accountabilities:
- Lead and support a backend engineering team responsible for developing software supply chain security capabilities, including dependency security, build provenance, malicious package detection, and artifact signing.
- Drive engineering delivery by aligning priorities, scope, sequencing, dependencies, and execution plans with technical and product stakeholders.
- Establish effective team processes, operating rhythms, and delivery practices to ensure predictable and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and mentor engineers through regular one-on-one meetings, performance discussions, career development planning, and ongoing coaching.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering on sourcing strategies, interview processes, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions.
