Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 4+ years
- Hands-on experience in Workday HCM integration development, configuration, and production support.
- Experience developing and supporting integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, Payroll Effective Change Interface (PECI), Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
- Knowledge of Workday Business Process configuration and support.
- Functional understanding of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Employee Management,



and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Experience developing and supporting Workday Reports and BIRT reports.
- Experience uploading and managing Workday content such as questionnaires, onboarding documents, and templates.
- Knowledge of Workday security roles, domains, and security profiles.
- Understanding of Workday CD functionality and support processes.
- Experience with ITSM tools and ticket management processes.
- Familiarity with JIRA for sprint planning, task tracking, and issue management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and cross-functional IT teams.
- Workday certification is preferred.
- Willingness to work in the 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST shift to support US business hours.
