- Work with the Chief Information Officer CIO and business units to develop business requirements technology strategies and roadmaps to achieve organizational objectives and strengthen competitive positioning
- Define and oversee the development of IT vision strategies architectures and standards to support long term organizational goals and evolving technology needs
- Determine enterprise wide IT requirements and drive strategy for hardware software and infrastructure acquisition integration and modernization
- Establish governance frameworks to guide IT policy ensuring alignment with enterprise wide decision making and operating models
- Provide oversight of infrastructure production operations data protection backup and disaster recovery to ensure business continuity
- Lead IT operations to ensure service levels performance and business objectives are consistently achieved
- Drive long term IT resource planning including budgeting asset lifecycle management and investment prioritization
