Qualification: Charted Accountant / MBA

Experience: 10+ years of experience, with a strong track record in Treasury, Forex and Hedging.

Salary: 30LPA - 40LPA Negotiable

*Job Description:*

* Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and manufacturing costing to support business growth.

* Manage treasury operations, cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, forex exposure, hedging, and import-export finance (LCs & trade finance).

* Oversee financial reporting, GST, Income Tax, statutory compliance, audits, and corporate governance.

* Drive financial controls, risk management, profitability, and operational efficiency across the organization.

* Partner with the CEO and business leaders on strategic planning, fundraising, financial decision-making, and business expansion.

* Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team while ensuring strong financial governance and performance.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
