Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the QA team to ensure high-quality product releases.
- Define and manage test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Conduct and oversee automated testing for web and mobile applications.
- Perform and supervise smoke, functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Develop, implement, and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium.
- Monitor test execution, analyze results, and ensure timely defect resolution.
- Maintain and improve QA documentation, including test reports, release notes, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Provide production support for test issues reported by clients.




- Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

- BE/BTech/BSc in CS/IT with 6+ years of experience in QA activities.
- Proven experience in leading a QA team in a product-based environment.
- Expertise in manual and automation testing.
- Robust experience in Smoke, Integration, Functional, and Regression Testing.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright and other automation tools.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and web/mobile technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to set goals, track progress, and ensure the team meets project deadlines.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
