We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Audit Associate - RERA. As an Audit Associate, you will assist in conducting audits, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, gain valuable experience in auditing procedures, and contribute to the success of our firm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

. Assist in conducting RERA/JOP audits in line with regulatoryrequirements

· Review of service chrge budget service charge audits and escrow audits etc.

· Coordinate with internal teams and clients to obtain required information .

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing financial data

· Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit proposes.

· Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements





· Knowledge of real estate regulations and compliance (especially RERA framework in UAE is an advantage)

· Identify and highlight exceptions,discrepencies,and unusual transactions

Skills Required and Qualifications

· Ability to maintain proper documentation and audit working papers.

. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks and effective written and verbal communication skills.

· Assist in identifying variances and discrepencis in financial records

· Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
