Retail Store Assistant Sales Manager

Location: Hyderabad

SILAII is opening its new premium retail store in Hyderabad, and we are looking for a confident, warm, and customer-focused Retail Store Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing retail team. SILAII is India’s leading premium sculpture and home décor brand, known for finely crafted sculptures, meaningful souvenirs, and artistic gifting products. With successful stores in Chennai and Coimbatore, we are now bringing the SILAII retail experience to Hyderabad.

Position: Retail Store Assistant Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Languages Required: Telugu and English are mandatory. Hindi is an added advantage.

Experience Required:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer-facing retail, sales, or customer service roles

Compensation

Annual CTC: ₹3.6 Lakhs to ₹4.2 Lakhs, based on experience and interview performance.

Attractive incentives will be provided based on store targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Store Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth customer flow.
- Guide and support Sales Executives during customer interactions.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
- Ensure proper product displays and visual merchandising standards.




- Handle customer concerns and provide quick resolutions.
- Assist in inventory management, stock audits, and stock replenishment.
- Prepare daily sales reports and operational updates.
- Support training and onboarding of new store employees.
- Ensure billing accuracy and smooth POS operations.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager during promotional campaigns and store events.
- Take charge of store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Education & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred, but not mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Experience in jewellery, fashion, décor, lifestyle, gifting, or premium retail brands will be preferred.
