Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- End-to-end recruitment for GCC & overseas projects.
- Handling mass recruitment drives for blue-collar, white-collar and technical positions.
- Sourcing candidates through:
- Naukri
- Foundit
- LinkedIn
- Internal database
- Social media
- Trade contacts
- Existing sub-agent network
- Screening and interviewing candidates.
- Shortlisting candidates as per client requirements.
- Coordinating interviews with clients.
- Maintaining recruiter databases.
- Following up with candidates throughout recruitment.
- Coordinating documentation.
- Working closely with mobilization and operations teams.
- Meeting recruitment deadlines.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Industries
Candidates having recruitment experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:
- Oil & Gas
- EPC
- Construction

Mandatory Requirements
Applicants must have:
✔ Recruitment Consultancy experience
✔ Experience recruiting for GCC/Middle East or Overseas projects
✔ Experience in bulk hiring
✔ Strong sourcing skills
✔ Excellent screening skills
✔ Experience working on recruitment portals
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure
✔ Strong follow-up skills
Additional Preference
Candidates having any of the following will be given preference:
- Existing candidate database
- Strong sub-agent network across India
- Experience handling GCC clients
- Experience recruiting for Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait or Oman
- Experience in shutdown or project hiring
- Team handling experience
