Hiring: Team Leader – International BPO (Mumbai)

Location: Mumbai

CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our growing team!

Eligibility:

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader in an International BPO.

* Excellent communication and people management skills.

* Strong experience in handling team performance, KPIs, and client expectations.

* Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate team members.

* Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team to achieve performance targets.

* Monitor daily productivity, quality, attendance, and adherence.

* Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.

* Prepare reports and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.

* Resolve team escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
