Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager HR who can manage end-to-end hiring for operational, field, Sales, delivery, technical, and corporate roles. The candidate should have strong sourcing and coordination skills with the ability to close positions within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment .
- Manage bulk hiring as well as individual role closures.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and campus drive.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department managers and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database, and MIS reports.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong recruitment and sourcing experience.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment channels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven workplace.
- Basic HR operations knowledge preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in Building Material, Facade (Glass), Manufacturing industry preferred.
