We are expanding our manufacturing team and looking for highly skilled Sofa Carpenters and Cushioning Craftsmen who are passionate about quality and craftsmanship.

Our goal is to manufacture sofas that match the finish, comfort, durability, and appearance of premium national and imported furniture brands.

Position 1: Senior Sofa CarpenterResponsibilities

- Manufacture premium-quality wooden sofa frames.
- Read production drawings and work accurately as per specifications.
- Maintain precise dimensions and structural strength.
- Ensure proper alignment, joint quality, and finishing.
- Work closely with the cushioning and upholstery team.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sofa frame manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of hardwood, plywood, and furniture construction.
- Ability to work on customized furniture designs.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Position 2: Cushioning & Upholstery CraftsmanResponsibilities





- Foam cutting, shaping, and fitting.
- Sofa cushioning and comfort balancing.
- Fabric and leather upholstery.
- Stitching coordination and fitting.
- Maintain wrinkle-free, clean, and premium finishing.
- Ensure every sofa meets company quality standards before dispatch.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in premium sofa manufacturing.
- Experience with fabric, leather, velvet, and premium upholstery materials.
- Excellent knowledge of foam density, comfort, and finishing.
- Ability to produce luxury-quality sofas with fine detailing.
- Strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
