1. Access Control and Visitor Management

- Strict Gate Passes: Verify identity cards for all students, staff, and faculty, and strictly enforce the issuance of Visitor Gate Passes at reception.
- Material Movement: Prevent unauthorized items or institutional equipment from entering or leaving the premises without written authorization or signed gate passes.
- Prohibited Items Check: Ensure no weapons, illegal substances, or restricted items are brought onto campus grounds.

2. Campus Patrolling and Asset Protection

- Routine Rounds: Conduct highly visible, scheduled patrols of campus perimeters, administrative buildings, hostels, and parking areas.
- Lockdown Management: Ensure laboratories, classrooms, and administrative offices are properly locked and secured after operational hours.
- Surveillance: Continuously monitor CCTV camera feeds in the control room to deter vandalism, theft, or unauthorized loitering.

3. Emergency Response and Hazard Reporting

- First Responder Actions: Provide initial assistance during medical emergencies, campus accidents, or fires, and summon external paramedics or the police when required.
- Safety Hazards:



Identify and report structural, electrical, or environmental hazards (e.g., blocked fire exits, slippery floors, damaged fences) to the administration.
- Evacuation Drills: Assist management in safely conducting fire drills, campus lockdowns, or natural disaster evacuations.

4. Traffic and Crowd Control

- Parking Management: Regulate the flow of vehicles, ensure organized parking, and prevent traffic congestion during peak hours or institutional events.
- Disorder Management: Mediate minor disputes and assist in managing crowds during public gatherings, assemblies, or major institutional events.

5. Documentation and Reporting

- Log Registers: Maintain 24/7 logbooks for vehicle movement, visitor entry and exit.
- Incident Reports: Prepare detailed documentation of any irregularities, property damage, thefts, or policy violations and report them directly to the Chief Security Officer or administrative authorities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
