We are hiring for QC Executive is responsible for ensuring that all jewellery products meet the company's quality standards and customer specifications. The role involves inspecting jewellery at different stages of production, identifying defects, maintaining quality records, and coordinating with production teams to ensure defect-free products before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform quality inspections during casting, filing, setting, polishing, plating, finishing, and final dispatch.
- Inspect jewellery for scratches, dents, porosity, solder marks, polishing quality, plating defects, and finishing standards.
- Verify product specifications, including weight, dimensions, metal purity, size, design accuracy, and stone settings.
- Ensure all products comply with company quality standards and customer requirements.
- Identify defective products,



prepare rejection reports, and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.
- Maintain QC checklists, inspection reports, rejection records, and quality documentation.
- Monitor vendor quality and ensure compliance with quality procedures and SOPs.
- Ensure proper handling, packaging, labeling, and documentation before dispatch.
- Follow workplace safety, quality, and compliance guidelines.
